Cass Clay Affordable Housing

Affordable Housing is Here

Cass Clay Community Land Trust is preversing and advancing access to affordable housing for our community’s workforce. We provide subsidies to qualified, income-eligible buyers to buy down the purchase price of the home. The CLT homeowner then signs a ground lease giving them most of the same rights to the home as a conventional homeowner. If and when the homeowner decides to sell, we use our resale formula which ensures the home will remain affordable for future qualified homebuyers.

The Process

  1. Complete the Qualifying Form.
  2. Once we receive your Qualifying Form, a Cass Clay Community Land Trust representative will contact you to schedule a program orientation.
  3. Inform Cass Clay Community Land Trust on your desire to continue with becoming a Cass Clay Community Land Trust homeowner.
