Meanwhile, the median income for a family of four is $89,400. This translates into an unattainable dream for the working middle class. Affordable workforce housing has become an obstacle for our businesses to attract and retain a skilled workforce and will slow our community’s economic growth.

Cass Clay Community Land Trust was formed to address the barrier of affordable workforce housing. Through a one-time investment and our perpetual affordability cycle, Cass Clay Community Land Trust is able to create and maintain affordable housing for this workforce generation and for future generations.
